Tank Services

RHT can assist you with fabrication and installation of steel or alloy tanks. Boiler feed and condensate tanks can be fabricated to our customers exacting requirements.

All facets of a tank build are completed in our fabrication facility. On-site repair and modifications to existing tanks can be completed without hassle.

Tanks can even be shipped fully insulated and sheet metal wrapped. Large tank services include, nozzle or vent installation.

Rigging & Machine Setting

Rigging and machine setting services by RHT are a smooth and anxiety free process. You can depend on our expertise and 100 percent loss free track record to set your boilers, machines and equipment without risk of injury, damage or down time.

On the ground or in the air, tackle your next facility expansion, machine replacement, or production line install with confidence in a worry free and timely project completion. Machines moved in plant, across town or across the country. We understand on how your rigging projects “need to be done yesterday”.

RHT has in-house shaft/motor laser alignment capabilities and precision leveling. Meaning your valuable equipment will operate and function as it was designed.

Boiler & Vessel

RHT is a seasoned boiler and vessel services provider. We are a National Board ( R ) stamp holder, certified to make welded repairs and alterations too boilers and pressure vessels.

RHT will keep your facility in compliance with all boiler insurance requirements. We provide full documentation with all repairs and alterations to boilers and vessels. Another value added service RHT provides, Tube replacements or complete re-tubing of your boiler or heat exchanger. Leaking or badly scaled tubes are detrimental to your boiler / heat exchanger operation.

RHT partners with established - reputable boiler water treatment and component suppliers too assure our customers long, efficient and cost effective life cycles of your boiler.

CNC Plate Roller

This is our advanced CNC plate roller, imported from Switzerland. It is utilized for the process of rolling flat plates into cylindrical shells specifically designed for tank construction.
